Lumi Winterheart “Keeper of the quiet frost and weaver of woollen winter tales”

The silver charm at her throat is said to be an ancient seal that keeps the North Wind tucked away in her cloak, releasing it only when the world needs to sleep under a blanket of white.

Her slender blue staff is carved from "frozen moonlight". When she taps it against the ground, the "snowdrift" base she stands on begins to sparkle, signaling the start of winter.

Her gown is not made of fabric, but of "Soft Sorcery"—fibers of frost and wool gathered from the clouds.
